HELPING THE OWL RESCUE CENTRE TO ‘GIVE IT GAS’ !

It recently came to our attention that the Owl Rescue Centre, near Hartbeestpoort, needed some help. This organisation does incredible work rescuing/ rehabilitating Owls, installing Owl-Houses in city suburbs & educating the public on using Owl-friendly rat traps.

They’d put out a wish list of things they need & amongst other things, they needed chest freezers to store the Owls’ food in. The Owl Rescue Centre are constantly having to rescue & rehabilitate injured/ poisoned Owls in Gauteng. We have long admired their efforts to protect these beautiful birds, so it was really great knowing this was something we could help with!

We immediately decided to donate a Cold Factor 120l Gas/ Electric chest freezer. As soon as the big hearted people at Cold Factor heard where the freezer would be going, they too decided to contribute a freezer! These freezers are South African manufactured for African conditions & come with a 3 year warranty.

So it’s a huge thank you to Cold Factor for ‘coming to the party’ & to the Owl Rescue Centre for all their amazing work!
